Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from 7MRShop and use of the website operated by 7 Moves Revolution LLC (“7MR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
1. Products and availability
7MRShop sells apparel, accessories, and other branded merchandise. Many items are produced on demand after purchase. Product photographs are illustrative; minor variations in colors and print placement may occur. We may correct errors in product information, availability, or pricing. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
2. Orders and payments
Orders are subject to acceptance and successful payment authorization. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment services available at checkout.
3. Print-on-demand production

4. Returns, refunds and replacements
Because many products are custom-produced, change-of-mind returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection generally are not available, except as required by law. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products may qualify for a remedy under our Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
5. Shipping and customer information
At launch we accept orders for U.S. delivery only. Customers should provide accurate delivery details. We will address shipping issues under our published policies and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
7 Moves Revolution, 7MR, Uncle Squatch, original graphics and other proprietary site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not commercially reproduce or distribute them without authorization.
7. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site unlawfully.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Additional information about cookies and tracking is available in our Cookie Policy.
9. Liability and legal rights
We work to maintain accurate information and reliable website functionality, but interruptions or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates
We may update these terms and will publish changes on this page. Updates do not retroactively remove rights protected by applicable law.
