Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Last updated: October 13, 2026
7 Moves Revolution apparel is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.
Damaged, Defective or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing error, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery at edd@7movesrevolution.com.
Please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. If the issue affects multiple items with the same design, we may ask for a photo or video showing all affected items together.
Qualifying issues may be resolved with a replacement or refund. A damaged or defective item normally does not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.
Print Placement
For DTG, DTF, embroidery, and all-over-print products, small placement variations can occur during production. A print-placement difference of up to approximately 0.5 inch is within the production tolerance and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at edd@7movesrevolution.com with your order number. For U.S. orders that have not been delivered within 30 calendar days, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the shipping address, household members or neighbors, and the local carrier or post office. Contact us if the package still cannot be found and we will help review the available options.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders returned or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional production or shipping charge to resend.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
